I still have to go to my neighbor - whom I don't know - to get my package of sex toys.
It isn't that I think my neighbors are untrustworthy, it is that I don't know them and the few I do know I don't like.
I can't always be home and my door is a good 20-30' from the sidewalk. Considering how many successful deliveries I'm ok with the risk.
Why would I want it delivered to my neighbors? I don't even know them! And I had it delivered so I wouldn't have to go out to pick it up.

Vesting terms are different per organization. The military doesn't have one, it is either eligible or ineligible for retirement.
I'm a public employee and my pension was vested at 5 years.

CA only recently got a lane splitting law and it just defines it and gives CHP authority to publish ed guidelines.
CA allows for lane splitting at all speeds. The CHP has a set of recommendations for safer splitting
