As a German I don't think we need a book that justifies that ideology. We just need to learn about about that history in another way.

I can definitely tell you that whatever we are doing for nuclear power is by no means full speed. More like snails pace for decades.

In Germany 'taking out' is far from the first choice for the police. They could very well have waited to do it as safely as possible.
