As a German I don't think we need a book that justifies that ideology. We just need to learn about about that history in another way.

There's a reason Aldi is oranized in small GmbH business units in Germany. Gets them around lots of requirements as well.

Depending on how far your are, they are not. You can cheaply buy an attachment that lowers the belt between the legs and below the belly.

I don't think it's an issue with front loaders in general since we almost exclusively use them in Europe. Most likely preference thing.
