I feel the same way you, that he is 100% guilty. But I believe that we cannot punish someone until they have been actually found guilty in a court of law. That's all. Even if I hate him. If you make this exception to public Trump before he's found guilty, then you can punish anybody. It's the same way I feel about people arrested and unable to post bail forced to suffer, while people with money can simply bail themselves out. Punishment before conviction is wrong.

There are many abandoned houses, and many people simply can't afford to change out lead piping leag to their house after the water main. Only the city's main infrastructure was fully repaired.
