Cause i'm a dumbass and didn't realise the 98°F were most likely at night. My bad, leaving the comment up so other dumbasses can follow my stupid reasoning and get schooled as well

Under 40C doesn't seem very extreme for being a couple degrees north of the equator. I feel like that's normal temperatures. According to climateknowledgeportal.worldbank.org temperatures often exceed 43C in the summer there so... meh, this seems to have little to do with climate change and more to do with locals getting access to the net to farm some internet points with stuff that's not sensational but seems like it is

well you need either an extradition treaty or a national/state law that gives you a legal framework to first even arrest and then second extradite someone, ou can't just decide to without some kind of legal framework...

... and without extradition treaties and the likes that's exactly how it works

Where i live, the most illegal aspect of an underage person drinking in a bar is the sale of alcohol to the underage person. So this would be a very fast way to rack up 1000s in fines while also pissing off future customers. I feel like in the US it would have been illegal as well, no?

that's a joke that is very much to the detriment of the nazis. So it's not a "nazi" joke. The shoe thing is a nazi joke, in that you can use it to promote and spread nazi ideology and get people used to seeing nazi content that seems non-threatening, until suddenly it's common to see nazi stuff everywhere and you don't question it when suddenly it's not a joke anymore.

Please think about it for a couple minutes and see if you come to understand the difference, i hope you do! :)

2/2 right now we can't afford to pretend like nazis are a joke when naziism/fascism is in fact an immense threat.

I can GUARANTEE YOU that the german underground did not casually make jokes about the nazis while literally risking their lives with every word they uttered, never knowing who was within earshot and which one of their friends and family were susceptible to ratting them out for the smallest transgression. Even some spouses were keeping their actions secret from the other spouse for fear of getting ratted out. I get what you mean but 1/2

Irish Guinness is one of the least alcoholic beers you can buy in bars here in switzerland. Most of our beers start at 4.5 vs 4.2 for the genuine, "irish" guinness. And canned "export" Guinness has 7.5 here because most people expect stout beers to be strong. So yeah, most europeans would call a 4.2 beer pretts light :)
