I believe there is a bubble. I have trouble investing in the short because I believe inflation will keep the illusion of growth from nvidia, palintar, etc..Compare your SP500 growth to the American dollar... over the last year... your money says its growing but its shrinking.
I did this in college for a restaurant. Had the giant paper map. I think it even had block numbers. most customers were repeats and/or main roads. The hardest part was finding apartment building numbers in the dark, they didnt seem to follow the same patterns.
Why?

You're absolutely correct.... issues or are rarely singular.
I'd argue it was also caused by trumps awful deficit and fiscal policy.
There is risk involved with generating specific levels of wealth. it's my experience a lot of the super wealthy people I know - are a little slower than the average joe they employ.
I think I remember a tropical storm/cat1 that formed in lake superior and made it's way to lake huron in the 90s.
Gravel two tracks to avoid the bridge altogether should actually do the trick for under 500$ maybe a road closed sign too?
