But the previous owner still gave you the key, he could have other copies. I'd definitely change the locks.
If I bought a house and the previous owner gave me a key for the house, it would go in the garbage and I would change the locks, as he may have other copies.
Condo fees. Gotta spend that dough on something. I feel like a scissor lift or a genie lift would be easier than scaffolding.
