Generally a bit of a lurker. Apart from when I don't lurk.

UK, in fact. But inspired by America nevertheless.

Leslie Knope and Liz Lemon are surely best friends in a universe somewhere.

Pretty much spot on! The green stall is a counterweight, weighing 6 tonnes. The structure is made of styrofoam coated in weatherproof paint.

Are you Liz Lemon?

I mean, long plaid shorts in 2014? C'mon people.

(For those unfamiliar, 'nick' is a British colloquialism that means 'steal')

Are you just trying to be as contrary as possible? They should care about feedback and that's my point.

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

If only :( Tried that and it sent me into a loop :( I can either fill in a survey or go back to the top! GUH.

Thanks! Much appreciated :)

You make it sound like not having a way for customers to provide feedback is normal/okay...

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

I didn't shout at anybody. My initial question was a very calm *why*. That's all I asked. If it's so simple they could have just said so.

I see no 'tell us what you think' option...

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

My issue isn't so much with the delay though, it's with their unhelpful customer service that ignore my simple questions.

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

My main issue isn't with the delayed delivery. It's with their crappy customer service that don't answer simple questions!

12 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

No, because the order was placed on Thursday morning meaning it'd processed that day to be delivered 'next day'.

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

That's fine...but after the delay it was delivered on Wednesday, not Tuesday which would be logical after a Bank Holiday.

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

But it wasn't. It was ordered before and I had two confirmations that my 'next day' delivery would arrive on Saturday (not a holiday in UK).

Yup. Asos.com

It'd be different if the Help section of their website actually let you complain rather than driving you around in circles...

YAAAAAS RU PAUL! YOU LOOK SO GOOOOOD.

I literally commented after seeing this.
