My wife gets all "Friends" with our dog - "Joey (Mummy) doesn't share food". Over 11 years and the dog knows this is not negotiable!
Love my wife's natural red hair colour & curls but compliment her hair when straitened, streaked or dyed. She feels good & that counts a lot

Back on the wagon mate, we can't always be perfect so need to have strategies to not fail but also to survive if we do. You can do this!

The Blue mountains were so named because the eucalyptus oil haze emitted in the Aussie heat reflects blue light & so appear blue in colour
That is without any spark or ignition source. The leaves are then also extremely dry and any flame just causes them to burn furiously
The eucalyptus oil evaporates into the air around the tree and when it reaches ignition point can appear to spontaneously combust or explode

Looks like they are going to be flushed down the toilet pretty soon when they die so may as well get them used to navigating the plumbing

Do bodyweight squats, push ups, lunges, burpees, 20 m/yard shuttle runs & crunches. That will be a good start if you don't have a trainer.
Start wiith a tabata app to give you a 12min workout made up of 20 secs work, 10 sec rest. Try to do the same number of reps each cycle. 1/2
