I'm autistic in the US. As soon as a company finds out, I know I have limited time left (usually a week) before I'm fired.
The ADA means nothing anymore. If a company can prove the disabled are too expensive, they are fired. Its up to you to prove them wrong
At the end of the day, he and his cronies CAN do whatever they want, because they are effectively above the law b/c they make them

How can we fix it? Competent senate and house, competent local gvmt., a new judiciary, and cops who do their jobs.
That implies congress can actually agree on anything. It's not in certain peoples best interest for that to happen, so it won't.

They can't even pay teachers a loving wage, what makes you think they have a budget for hazard pay?
