Looks like there's a big difference there. Anyway, it turns out SONY changed their minds about removing the content from their users' library yet again. I expect them to keep probing until the end of times.

Yeah that's the thing: They can put whatever they want in the EULA, it doesn't supercede laws. Europe classifies digital content as goods, with the same warranties as physical goods. Consumer laws are strong here and EU courts are trigger happy on the billion dollar fines these days for corporations.
