Umm, seems fair to me... I paid for school and paid taxes for my earnings.. so. yeah

Vertical vs horizontal takeover, it doesn't change a thing... Unless they completely wall off say HBO, deal requires too much debt for that.
GE doesn't own anything, they sold NBC Universal to Comcast.
