Not to be *that guy* but we should have some slapp lawsuit protection. In Europe, looser has to pay out so the winner of a frivolous lawsuit doesn’t get ruined by it.

To incentivize permanent citizenship. Visas shouldn’t last long enough to make ownership reasonable. Tbf local residency should also matter.
Agreed. What about an increasing tax based on #of properties owned? Say +10%/house. So, you can own several. Just cuts off the mega greed.
