Somebody call Bobby Tables...
Because it would be awkward to admit they are investing the revenue in private energy companies or that they chose not to invest in infrastructure improvements for 30 years and now can't support current demand, largely driven by expanded subsidized commercial use, so they ratcheted up the price to discourage private use and prop up decades of under-funding maintenance and expansion while cutting sweetheart commercial use deals to major industry players..." Getting anywhere close to those limits in any serious/professional context and not just using proper database software is horrifying. Postgres + pg admin is free...
Medical insurance and Property & Casualty insurance (such as your auto insurance) are regulated very differently. There are laws requiring coverage in the health insurance context that do not exist for P&C.
Agree with the sentiment, but let's not put pictures of other people's kids on the internet. Even if it's from an already posted YouTube video, there's no need to draw additional attention to children who haven't consented to being in the public focus like this, and it can cause them harm.
The primary message here is directed at Minister Akazawa, the LDP, and the Diet, though, and is appropriately couched in kinda subtle~ish language (by US standards). This isn't a blunt message TO the US. It's a criticism of Minister Akazawa. He is not the right person to handle the situation even though he is "very serious" (Alt: *With all due respect...* the minister, an idiot who can't be taken seriously as he is willing to negotiate with an extortionist.) Trump is just collateral roast here.
Seams, you have a problem with this.
Still awesome though.
I feel like dogs stuck in freezing lakes/rivers is this generations quick-sand. Whole buncha kids about to be absolutely fuckin READY to save some dogs then just like, "what? I thought there would be more of this..." when reality hits.

This is adorable, but man, does it have to be in the middle of the bus station? Can it be like, 20 feet away in thr parking lot or at home where there aren't a ton of travelers being inconvenienced for an Instagram video?
It's a "method" question that gets at your problem solving process. Do you look at long-term va short-term, do you view the elephant as some kind of business capital or as a living creature, are you managing risk or focused on the earning potential of the elephant? The absurdity of the situation ensures that there's no "right" answer, acting as a control variable to ensure that a notions of the "correct course of actuon" don't bias a response indicative of a candidates method and priorities.
How about dealing with the "family glitch" in affordable healthcare calculations so that we don't punish full-time caregivers by guaranteeing that their healthcare is a disproportionate % of their family income while they are somehow ineligible for subsidies simply because an employer offered "affordable" insurance only to the one working parent...
The Olympics doesn't have a shooting competition it has an aiming competition. If there was a medal for gratuitous destruction we'd hold it down though.

Seattle has the South Lake Union Trolly. For a *very* brief moment you could get official "Ride the SLUT" T-shirts
Same here. That stretch of I90 from Bellevue to downtown Seattle is rough during rush-hour and Preston isn't really a suburb. You're well on your way to the mountains there. Not saying don't do it (it's great here). Just make sure you know what you are signing up for. I'm happy to answer any questions as well (born and raised here)
I feel like you have to consider something more along the lines of the differential between the taxable value of current-use and best-use & assess a penalty or additional tax for under development to avoid things like inadvertently pricing fixed-income/elderly out of the home they own as property values go up. If they've lived in the house 50 years & best use is already single family home then jacking their taxes because land values went up is still kinda shitty. Tax the F outa rental income too
There's interesting social context here, though. If you consider history, China had a MASSIVE & very rapid increase in private car ownership following the opening up of their economy in the late 70s. While many countries had a gradual evolution of driving rules and etiquette over time as car ownership slowly grew, China practically had to develop these norms overnight. Unsurprisingly, there are a lot of folks with access to cars who haven't been socialized to driving culture/norms/or even rules.

This is kinda interesting because, when you think about it, most of the training data readily available on the internet for where's waldo probably emphasizes him and what he looks like far more than actual where's waldo books where the reader is supposed to find him. How where's waldo books "work" isn't context readily available to chatgpt. In some dystopian future, poets and artists with a better grasp of nuance and subtext will be the Navajo code talkers of the resistance in the robot wars
I wouldn't be surprised if she spent a good portion of her life angry about the orphan crushing machine, too. The headline is, "Let's celebrate this person who did everything they could, right up to the end." Too many folks get so angry at the machine that it derails their ability to DO anything, and they just end up making butthurt posts on the internet as an outlet instead. This is a person who faced that machine and kept working to make things better. I needed a reminder that this is possible
As long as it only affects the pay of those in the majority at the time of shutdown. This could easily be weaponized against those representatives from more proletariat backgrounds who do not have independent wealth to fall back on.
