There was a video, she was in her van and she backed up and then drove forward. The ICE agent who shot her said she drove towards him but and he was scared for his life, but the evidence I've seen puts him beside/behind at the time of the shooting. He also claims that she had been following them and harassing them all day.

My MIL died and left her house in shambles, we decided to clean it up in order to sell it... one of our family friends wanted to rent it out for cheap and help us with renos at the same time, win win. We rented the basement to a friend of his who ended up being a complete nightmare and cost us an extra 20k in renovations while only paying us for 6 months of a 2 year lease. You try to be nice, you try to keep rent low, cause you know how it is out there ans people spit in your face.

There was legally no reason for them to wait, even the law in Georgia says D&C can be performed on a live fetus (hers was already deceased) if there is a medical emergency (sepsis qualifies). Sounds like a failure of the medical system in general.
