Can they issue a ticket if you’re going the speed limit?
That’s my point. How could I legally be impeding the flow of traffic if that traffic isn’t legally allowed to go faster than me?
Break the law as well (speeding). It seems that you would only be required to move over if you are going under the speed limit

Have you looked at the arguments for it? How is it both? It either presupposes it or makes an argument that our universe has indications
