Depends, if you cat wanders out and the trees drop resin you might need to bathe'em or at least trim spots where some dripped on their fur.
I am terrible at memorizing so for the first few years I had to take the long way every time. Helped me understand the fundamentals though.
That's normal. Solving a quadratic eq f.ex. involves memorizing a formula to avoid having to rederive it every time. 50 steps -> 5 steps.
I've noticed that many people who're good at mental calculations (myself inc) arrive to a method similar to CC style.

My rainmeter is using 2252kb of RAM. If it's hogging ram then don't use huge-res pictures.
