From what I understand, it has basically nothing to do with tennis. He is facing deportation over strict Australian vaccination regulations.

I'm guessing it's in response to the crazy people hoarding gasoline (in non-approved containers) during the shortage in eastern USA.

There's a theory growing that pangolins and bats are reservoirs for various coronaviruses, including the current big one.
It's not airborne. You can't really catch it while running/walking/biking if you don't touch surfaces or invade others' personal space.
True, and medical employment can require proof of immunity, so even if you end up getting a booster, you have to get tested again after.
At some point in either the late 80s or early 90s, the recommendations went from one MMR vaccine to two doses before age 5.
Same here, early 80s. My wife (born late 80s) had to get tested and wasn't immune, so I went ahead and got an MMR booster recently.
I neglected my adult boosters out of laziness, never got flu shot, etc. until I became a parent. Now we all get everything recommended.
Yeah, there is a "titer" test for immunity, but really there's no downside with just getting a fresh MMR booster. Only get stabbed once.
