would still be very reasonable. Even if they only spent an hour a week tending it, that'd be like $70k at my current rate. So well worth $1k
I'm not saying your guess seems off, just that $1k seems pricey at first but then when you think about it being 45 years of work, 10x that >
Rinse them very well first though, to get off any prickly hairs :)
$1k actually seems very inexpensive for something it took someone 45 years to cultivate. What a deal!
The leaves are good to eat too, sauteed with garlic & lemon
Ice COLD! Alright, alright, alright, alright...
Have you seen Jeunet's most recent film Bigbug? I absolutely loved it, but I can kind of see how someone unfamiliar w/ him wouldn't get it.
In general one of my my all time favorite movies, and specifically the role that first made me love him.
We've decided (told ourselves) it's genetic. All of my dad's side randomly chokes during sober, normal liquid drinking, ~30% of the time.
Your peeps sound like my peeps :)
How DARE you denigrate the good name of Gazpacho?! The refreshing & delicious cold soup cares not for this!
I once made the antithesis of brownies, by making a brownie-textured bar, but no chocolate, & all apples...which I called Apple Brownies.
Thawed tater tots in 1st layer in a waffle maker + cheese, green onions, tomatoes, w/a layer of tots on top = fancy tot grilled cheese sammy
A truly good friend would make one small container where all sauces were mixed, as a new thing to try, while leaving the rest as expected.
I must agree that is the most appealing race of potato chips. While I love them all, Salt & Vinegar is obviously the best.
That visual is CRACKING me up.
Uh...no human's actual butthole should be showing when walking anywhere, naked or not. It's covered by the cheeks, unless you're Ben Dover.
Fuck that, we don't need "dancing around it" BS. We need a Black Woman, specifically, to diversify the court. Nothing wrong w/ saying that.
Unfortunately, yes. What you said is not actually TRUE, but it IS real. If that makes sense. (Which it doesn't)
That is terrifying. And also tongue in cheek hilarious. A+
Thank you. I sincerely hope many others read this in it's entirety, & can only distantly wish that some of those few then take it to heart.
Gazpacho! It does NOT equal Gestapo! I know it's a lot of the same letters at the same. Please do not besmirch the cold tomato soup!
I'd love to hear your favorite story about Chelsey! When you're ready, of course. I just find it helps to have their stories heard. ♥️
"We" can't possibly "care" the way Chelsey's sister does, but we can & should care that her sister, still here, is hurt deeply by the loss.
Same. The voice is almost dead on. Then you get "speaking cogently about obscure subjects" and that giant, lovable smile. Total Chidi vibes.
You must! The movie is a classic, w/ good reason, but the series is really good too, w/ each season being a different but equally good story
Vastly underrated comment +1
This is a reference to Franz Kafka's "The Metamorphosis," in case anyone was wondering WTF. A great read, but pretty disturbing.
I'm an old nerd from the days before the interwebs & when Wikipedia started I fucking lost my mind at the idea of free & accessible info.
