Most in-sink garbage disposals have a reset switch on the under sink side of the unit. Try flipping that first. Next, there's usually a manual turn bolt either in the bottom under the sink or inside the sink. The bolt will usually be dead center and kind of big. Try turning that bolt to dislodge debris from the internals. Good luck!
