This is my public profile, so here's something about myself.
The expressions of both Hagrid and Mr. Hat make me think the viewer is intended as the third participant in the devil's tricycle.

I'm impressed by his poise in holding the camera aloft, it's probably worth more than his life.

If your job pays by the book, you make more money. An hourly rate job.. where's the incentive to work harder if slow joe gets the same pay?
Many jobs have "book" hours or the amount of time it should take the average person. If you're faster, your worth is +100% of expected labor
Your factory has a goal of making 10 dolls. One guy builds 10 in 3 hours and rests. One builds 5 dolls but works 8 hours. Who do you keep?
Amazon is doing that whole "uber for packages" thing. Anyone can deliver packages now for minimum wage or whatever they pay.

That could work in the US where you can get him fired, get a decent payout, etc. But I'm pretty sure most countries won't be as helpful.
