Fix your posture, spend more time away from your computer. I was unable to work for months because I was only treating the symptoms.
If you have these pains: SEE A PHYSICAL THERAPIST. While legit, these exercises only treat the symptoms, and the pain _will_ get worse.

Please just go to a physiotherapist. The causes for back pain are very diverse and it's very easy to make it worse!
