Lived in Denmark, IRS wrote me "is this right?" (9/10 times it was), Moved to Romania, company did all my taxes, moved to UK seems a mix of the two, still haven't had any issues. I got one income so really shouldn't be an issue.
I've bought all books in Expeditionary Force (sci fy) not cos I thought story was grand prosa, but cos the narrator brought it to life. You go girl (or boy) and make that story your own. If you can do that, people who would never read what you are narrating to them will still buy it the audiobook!
2nd job, 2nd country as an expat, this years x-mas party I truly realized I have nothing in this country. Ate the food, went home, got drunk. First country was awesome, had friends among both locals and expats, here I'm just alone.
Apple hasn't really been too afraid of changing that in the past, think it more due to the license fee they get from 3rd party stuff using their connector. I do like that they somewhat listened now and brought back the MacSafe, though they changed that connector like 2-3 times now....
Lightning cable was amazing compared to both micro usb most used and the 30 pin it replaced when it was released, but my god why didn't apple change to usb c when they tried pushing for all usb c laptops? I like my Apple phone and computer, but it's always 1 good thing and a bunch of shitty things and other manufactures seem to follow along without thinking.

If anything European history has shown that you don't even need skin colour to hate your neighbour, people will find dividing lines everywhere. Plenty of examples from other continents as well.
