I used to work nights, spring forward was nice. Fall back is when it sucked, so a total reversal from day shifters.

Literally me. I crashed my bike just like that back in October and broke my wrist needing surgery. I'm still fresh out of the cast and jittery about getting back on in the spring when cycling season returns.
