Well it’s a great culture. People like each other. We are generous towards each other and management etc. but yes that large aspect is diff

I have a similar situation but we pay 5-10% more than industry standard and have almost no turn over. If your underpaying that much 1/2
W wasn’t an amazing president. But he loved our constitution as best as he knew how and didn’t want to destroy our country.
Should be straight to jail.
