Yeah ive incorporated more protein in my diet that keeps me full longer.
Not so much as better, i just miss overeating. Now its just portion control
I literally started by eating 250 less calories a day and got to 500 less a day. I just count calories and go on a run.
When ever i feel sad about dieting, i pull up a picture at my worst and i feel much better lol
