Weirdly all the electricians i know are colorblind, so they like things to be neat. I used sit at their work benches as a kid and help.
Maybe just make it easier to fire the bad ones, have higher standards, might mean some get picked off before they turn into public problems.
I do this on the couch with no blankets, called it my shark roll. I velcro up all the lint and my hair looks crazy
