I own a little print shop and everyday is bring your pet to work day! :)
I would hope so. He’s a trust fund baby and his family is worth billions and he has managed to stay pretty level.
He was my landlord for my business and I hung out with him a few times, actually a good dude.
He has 2-3 ball breaks in the lot everyday. You can like something and not be good at it. Like you talking to other humans, for instance.
He’s a pitsky! Half pit and half husky. He has blue eyes and a bad attitude :)

He’s with me 24 hours a day and he’s my best friend :)
He has really light blue eyes and I’ve been told it can affect his sight and depth perception!

Has happened to me and made me feel awful and guilty for some reason. If I responded negatively a couple of the guys got aggressive, so 1/2

That’s the same story for so many people, unfortunately. Terrible cycle. We only afford one through happenstance.
Insurance and property tax are rolled into monthly mortgage bc escrow.
Right now we’re paying $460 less a month than our apartment so it feels like it makes a lot more sense.
I was able to roll a small repair budget into my mortgage and haven’t had any expenses over the past 2 years. I’m sure it’ll change but 1/2
Yeah I am paying half on a 3 bedroom with an acre than my 1 bedroom apartment and only live a mile out of downtown. It’s stupid.
That’s one good looking doggo, and park! We’ll check it out sometime!
Nice! Small world. Almost bought a house on Burr Oak but we ended up getting a smaller one near Rez. I love the neighborhood!
My feelings weren’t hurt. Just acknowledging people’s different reactions.
Haven’t been there yet but Arlo is obsessed with GSDs and grate Danes. We usually go to Covell by John Ball.
