force a power off until you are in Automatic Repair. Troubleshoot->Advanced Options->Command Prompt. type regedit, enter. Select HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE (just what I do). File->Load Hive... select C:\Windows\System32\config\SOFTWARE. Give the key a name. Select that name and browse to Microsoft->Windows->CurrentVersion->OOBE. Add a new DWORD value, name it BypassNRO, and set the value to 1. Restart the installation. Has worked for me many times, now

I used to program COBOL software for an insurance company. Shit was older than I am, still running strong (until something broke. Fucking ABENDS). Great money in it, but SOOOOOO much stress. Glad I'm out of that life.
I lucked out and found sale where I could by one block of gruyere and get another one free. Still expensive at about $11 for a single 6oz block.

Have a neighbor that sets them off all year round. Winter, summer, spring, fall. Doesn't matter. Also, doesn't matter if it is 2PM or 2AM, they will set them off. Cops do jack shit (shocker, I know). People. What a bunch of bastards.
