10 month old is still pretty much so bald. 3 year old didn't have a full head of hair till after his first birthday...babies are weird!

Guys in my office were amazed I handled a two week bout when my wife was in another country for work. It wasn't hard, share the load!
Out the other side. Outside of that it is a learning experience for both parents and child. It's exciting, nerve racking and emotional!
First child has survived to two. Second child on the way...I still don't feel I'm prepared. Best advice is food goes in one side, poop comes

The $3000 was if you bought it from Restoration Hardware. Mine came in under $400.
He was getting kicked out of his old room for the new baby anyways. So I took advantage of the option.
That was a common phrase from the other dads at his birthday party as well!
The roof and all the panels detach. I put screw in nuts and bolted the whole thing together. Breaks down to 6 pieces.
