I used dihydrogen monoxide as an April Fools joke one year and was shocked by how many people I got.
As someone who has dealt with lots of close losses I love this quote and it makes me tear up every time I read it. "I hope death is like being carried to your bedroom when you were a child and fell asleep on the couch during a family party. I hope you can hear the laughter from the next room."

Can you imagine being ancient people seeing something like this coming across the plains? It must have felt like the world was ending and you were watching it happen.
One of the few things I actually enjoyed about working nights when my kids were young. I hated missing them but coming home under streetlights with the big snowflakes falling slowly and it being so silent that you could hear them land was so peaceful.

Condolences to you man. Also this might hurt but write down all the memories you have of her now. I lost my dad 16 years ago this year and every year the stories get more faint. I've tried to write down as much as I can remember to pass on to my kids.
