Every movie has a massive amount of unused footage so that doesn't mean much...
Its very common for dialogue in movies and tv to be ADR, like 50%. If done well you don't notice it unless you really look/listen for it
Even if it is built the next administration is going to cut maintenance as soon as possible so what's the point

They did this in recent years in the river by Chicago(? or somewhere nearby), on purpose, for St. Patrick's day.

If I learned anything watching all those cake competition shows, all fancy cakes use a ton of fondant and apparently its horrible to eat
If you stand behind cover its impossible to get hit. But if you can't use cover, where is the strategy or fun? Flawed game

Why cardboard and not sculptin foam? They have that sculpting foam stuff that's designed for this type of work. Is it just cheaper this way?
