Southern utah. Wife in in school, I'm working nearly 80 hours a week to try and afford rent and groceries. Don't have enough for dinner the next couple days till pay day. Could use a little help if possible.
My fiance is out of work with a bad injury and I'm about to leave for a 24 hour shift at the fire and ambulance station we usually work together at. Knowing she is taken care of for food would F free a huge weight of my shoulders. One income will barely cover rent this month. Requesting pizza for three in southern utah ❤️

I had a lady with open pressure ulcers in her groin area that had gotten infected. That smell won.
That is so heartbreaking. I am so sorry you had to experience that.
