I am currently visiting in Egypt and this is sort of true. You do have to go upstairs and climb to go inside. It’s brief and limited.
My visa got denied twice so far because they think there is a space in my last name in my passport visually lol
Heading there in a week. I’ll let you know how it goes! Lol
