There doesn't seem to be any kind of insulation in the outer walls. Is it really so or did I misunderstand something?
So covering the inner layer of the concrete isn't as useful as you might think. Inner walls are usually made with drywall.
Finnish houses are mostly made with concrete elements that have concrete on the inside and outside and insulation between the two layers.
