My sis gets them, too, partially due to her drinking. I get it. I know where mine started (not booze). Just wish to know when they'll end.
We'll be ok. There is always the fact out there that we may never have another one. If not, we're getting better at handling them.
Sad thing is we know we'll be ok but those feelings still happen. I know I won't stop breathing but I still feel like it. Blah.
I'm sorry it affected you so severe. I just have trouble falling asleep sober or doing things I'd do drunk..sober.
Right. I feel so twitchy when it "might" happen. Like a tweaker twitchy but I'm just tryna calm myself.
True, I drink a lot and most of mine come the day after. That and sleep apnea which can start them. Don't drink a lot, kids.
I do alprazolam..or whatever. Dont need something to keep me calm, just need one to bring me RIGHT DOWN if I have one.
Mine is those small feelings you have when you know you could start having one. That's the worst for me, like..is it going to happen or not.
We didn't get much in Tama, but it was slick!
