Not really slow given how it is now when it was first released yeah, but WT Naval is much better for that slower gameplay, but economy bad

Only took me 2 tries, one to learn his attacks and stuff and what to use against him, swapped out a single party member, and then beat him
But though his attacks do a fair bit of damage most of them are not too hard to dodge
He hits like a truck and has 3 stages, when you get the lock on attack run to the edge to trigger a reaction to break lock or one shot you
Going to tag onto this and say there was no reason for them to nerf his boss fight on the story, it wasn't easy but it wasnt too hard
