I never put the salary because I don't want to discourage better candidates. If someone great comes along, we'll pay him or her more.

My employer's daycare would cost me $30k a year for my toddler and infant.
That's 29 cents per kid per hour. I was floored we found someone to watch two kids for $300 a week.
