Everyone’s different depending on their body and what they do during the day. I started 10 to 7 and worked my way down to 11 to 4. I find being a little hungry when I go to sleep is easier than being hungry in the morning. The main thing is to stick to a consistent schedule. It won’t help to start in the mornings then switch to evenings the next week. And yes, sugar is your enemy. :(
Your body just needs routine, once you get over the change in schedule you won’t feel that hungry. You also eat a lot less food when you do eat. But yes, getting on a schedule can be really tough.
Your videos over the past couple years have helped me get to the point of leaving the spiders alone in my windows. More people will come around 😁
