Are still sucking up all the buyable land and choking the prices, and private builders and subbies. Central otago, Queenstown has it bad.
And she used it to her advantage.. 100% weres all the houseing she promised. The markets still struggleing; property development companies
So i loose my small little win for trying to save and get ahead because (not all of them) the one who always stick there hand out want more.
Not in a mean way, example: want to cut the early payment discount on power bill, because it not fair to the beneficiarys..
