Governments *should* always have the welfare of their citizens in mind but there can be unintended consequences to any legislation
I'm thinking more if I'm a small business I now have incentive to never hire young women. It could literally bankrupt me to do so.

However, some people feel differently. My "perfect world" everyone takes care of THEMSELVES FIRST, then the people to their right and left
