Dumb question… if you buy a solar system and you decide to sell your house… do you keep paying for it or is it transferred to the new owner?

How do you run to the bathroom?
My dads a mechanic and I like to think he’ll move close to us when he retires. I’d put a lift in the garage so he could have a hobby car

This is how my dad runs his auto shop for the last 35 years, and it shows. 5 star rating on all the websites, it’s crazy.
Well- he was a “melting specialist” - I am an awful human being who works in healthcare and has a dark sense of humor, I’m sorry.
Because, why not?
One of the “pros” of the aircraft was the lift fan, which reduces thermal signature by about half when compared to a harrier
Been rewatching Castle lately. Great show with Nathan fillion and nerdy references
I had to stop talking to my mom because of the way she behaves. The relationship had nothing to give anymore, if it ever really did.
