As a nurse, I am so frustrated. The U.S. Center for Disease Control isn't trying to control disease. The Department of Defense has transitioned....Now they commit war crimes. USAID, which helped support struggling nations, has been defunded to a shard of itself. Our government is trying to kill us.
I work in an inpatient rehab center, and we have one (I think a top of the line version). It took many years for the second largest hospital in the region to get one. They even had jars out for employee donations.... But it seems quite effective. It certainly wears our patients out!!!

I saw a bumper sticker the other day that said AHA Abolish Human Abortion.... and all I could think of was how stupid the driver must be. You think people are having abortions for fun? You think they're cheap, or easy?
Yeah, I get much more drowsy working day shifts....2:30 in the afternoon is the hardest time for me. Overnights are chill, we have puzzles in the lounge area that I like to work on while my patients sleep. It's also a good time to catch up on CE, and emails. Day shifts are just much busier, so it's hard to get anything done but patient care.
I disagree, South Dakota Senator Tim Johnson suffered a stroke while in office, and remained a kind-hearted, generous, and caring human being for the rest of his life. I did not agree with all of his political decisions, he was definitely a moderate, but I will remember his kindness. RIP Tim!!!
As a nurse, I have to examine and touch all of my patient's feet every shift. And I really don't understand foot fetishes. But my patients are usually elderly, and dealing with health issues. I think I would appreciate a healthy foot, on a beautiful lady.... but I will never know.

I live in South Dakota, and I have no idea. Sometimes my compatriots will drive their trucks out their and feel super confident, and I'm worried for them. There is a pond outside of my hospital, and it was fully frozen one day when the temp was 60 degrees. And then the next time I worked the pond was liquid, but it was 19 degrees..... I guess it melted when it was warm, and was still in between when it cooled down. My coworker told me her kids went ice fishing when it was 60 degrees out.

I kept thinking, the police biker could have easily killed someone or been killed during this pursuit. Also, no one seems to know what crime was committed.
I mean...impressive chase down. But I was impressed by the dude on the run, it took a herculean effort for the officer to catch him!!!
I kind of think that he knows his whole persona is a front....but he thinks he's fooling everyone. And that only he knows that he's a lying, child raping, creepy piece of shit.

A coworker of mine told me the other day that when she was 14 she was raped by a 50 year old, one of her classmate's fathers. My immediate reaction was, "if he's not dead yet, we should kill that asshole". I don't approve of the death penalty, but my visceral reaction is kill those people who hurt my friends.
Hmm...not sure the plumber is the good guy in this story. Does a poor job the first time they call him to clear the clog....it gets clogged again three days later, and he nearly doubles his fee. If I were the restaurant owners I would be pissed!!
