i found a hand quilting frame on NextDoor for $45, but honestly i think next time i'll just pay the long arm and save myself the time!

through in the before times that didn't work anymore bc of covid. antidepressants have helped fill the gap. you're worth it!
got on antidepressants, and it has been life changing. my dr said i'd been depressed for a while, but had found good patterns to get me 2/
for those who have health insurance - some companies are offering free therapy bc of covid. take a look! i reached out & 1/

my dog did this when we'd come home. i was little so i'd have to wait in the car until she calmed down cuz she'd knock me over otherwise
i'm a 27 year old adult female and i have up until now ALWAYS thought it worked like that. i've always been so scared of it!
