I just got diagnosed with MS so my hours are short and I’m buying meds. these last few months… In Canada.
I could really use a pizza. I’ve been working less due to MS and I am super short, also due to buying meds.

They put me on vitamin d right away!

I think I caught it quick, my eyesight went in one eye and I was with a neurologist and in an mri the next day
