I don't think you can see one <140-character opinion from someone and be sure that you like them, but it gets thrown around a lot here
Not on this site. 4/5 of the top comments are usually just "I lol'd at [some aspect of the joke]" or "+1 for [some aspect of the joke]"
That was the joke. The person this one was replying to said "MRW when" and 90% of captions say "MRW when". I guess I wasn't obvious enough.
