CDL’s are all about weight, not physical size. RV’s have lower GVWR because they aren’t designed to carry cargo. The really big ones weigh enough anyway, but there is a large number of the mid sized ones that don’t. I agree with your basic premise though. I think vehicles longer than a certain length and that have no rear view windows should require extra training.
