You do when your attempts at calming a creature down could lead to more stress and confusion. There’s wanting to do the right thing and knowing what the right thing to do is. Just because you CAN play music and because you can logically conclude that playing nature sounds would help. Doesn’t mean it actually would. There every possibility that the experts on the ground who have cared for her more than you. Know better what to do for her and what not to do.
Perhaps that will overstimulate her? Perhaps there’s more to this that both you and I don’t know. Maybe. Just maybe. Let the experts who are there do what they can instead of having some random anonymous internet person with likely no experience in the field tell them what to do.
