Personally I look at this thinking “oh man I would LOVE to” but then realize I would love to because it meant freedom for my time from wife and family. Which I would love to have more flexibility over but if I chose that, I would lose the most favorite things in my life. If you aren’t dodging any of that then i say why not try! Remote has never been more supported! Just get proper winter prep support!

Take it off, put brown sugar and usually whatever beer I’m into (not IPA), wrap it, and put it back. You could transfer to oven if you want

For your first that’s incredible! I love to wrap mine at the end and put brown sugar on top for a little sweetness to the Smokey
