I question the priorities of someone who can be brought down by a novelty t shirt in this context
Just because people get offended doesn't necessarily mean you've done anything wrong. He shouldn't have apologised at all.It's just a shirt!
coping is personal. I certainly use humour as a coping mechanism. It's everyone's right to take or make a joke as they please.
