From health tourism to patients not willing to pay for things like paracetamol - only costs 45P so would rather the NHS pays - ROUGHLY £8.
As much as I love the NHS and socialised health care. It is taken advantage of on so many levels.
All you do is focus on their income and ignore where they actually distribute their wealth.
